Every year, Universities and Colleges nationwide apply to battle it out on University Challenge and be crowned series champion. Our talented creative team have recently designed a poster that has been printed and distributed in over 350 universities across the country, to encourage students to pick up the phone and apply for the new series. Senior designer Paul Senior initially produced a mood board, to give the series producer some ideas and a visual style. Both producer and designer love the opening titles for the hit series Mad Men. Combining this and influences from design legend Saul Bass, Paul created a visually striking image, featuring a silhouette of presenter Jeremy Paxman and other iconic references from the show, all with a restricted colour palette...

Cradle to Grave is a new eight-part comedy series based on the memoirs of Danny Baker. Set in 1974, the series follows the real-life events of Danny and his family. The range of effects were varied, from recreating 1970's Bermondsey, to building period London dockyards with CGI ships and cranes, morphing a man into a snail and creating a shower of digital maggots! Filmed around Liverpool and Manchester, major environment enhancements were required to recreate 1970's London. All effects were created using Smoke 2016 and Blackmagic Fusion...
